Frequently asked questions regarding skiline & photopoints:
Where are the photo points located and how do I get there?
You can look forward to two photo spots with stunning mountain panoramas:
- Panoramic Terrace photo spot: at 3,250 m on the Hintertux Glacier – accessible to pedestrians and skiers all year round.
To reach it, you need to take three cable cars up to the Gefrorene Wand (Glacier Buses 1, 2 and 3). - Wanglspitz photo spot: on the Rastkogel in the Ski & Glacier World Zillertal 3000 – only accessible in winter.
The photo spot is located at the top station of the "6er Wanglspitz" chairlift and offers breathtaking views over the entire Tux Valley to the Hintertux Glacier.
Where can I view the photos I took at the photo point?
You can access the photos taken from the panoramic terrace at the Hintertux Glacier or from the Wanglspitz via Skiline. There’s a web version and an app available for download.
You can find more information here.
I scanned my cable car ticket on Skiline, but I can’t find my photo...
The web version of Skiline only displays a limited amount of data. Download the Skiline app and save your mountain rail ticket or ski pass there to view your photos.
